A mojito made with mint from Zao Herb (zaoherb) in Zao Town, Miyagi Prefecture 🌿 The mint is big and refreshing—perfect for this hot summer!
We also offer the ”Nekka Mojito,” made with Nekka (nekkallc), a rice shochu from Tadami Town, Fukushima. ◎
Craft beers include ”And Your Day” (hop_japan), made with kabosu and sudachi from Fukushima Prefecture, and for sake, we have summer-friendly options such as ”Yamagata Masamune Natsukaze” (yamagata_masamune) and Miyagi’s ”Tenjo Mugen Junmai Genshu” (nakayusyuzouten_official) 🍶🍻
